Fully adaptable to your sitting position!
The unique thing about the Shimano SLX brakes from the 7100 series is that they can be fully adjusted to your liking. The distance between brake lever and handlebars can be adjusted, but the position of the brake in relation to the shifter can also be completely personalized. With I-spec EV you can rotate the shifter through 45 degrees, so you can choose the position that's best for you!
Good modular braking power with Servo Wave technology
The Shimano SLX M7100 brakes have braking power that is absolutely fine. The SLX brake levers work with the XC as Trail/Enduro calipers and are equipped with the Servo Wave system, which ensures that you can control the braking force better.
In short, with these brakes nothing will stop you from blasting through the woods!
If you switch to a different brand of disc brakes or want to mount a different size brake discs, you will need a different adapter between frame and brake caliper.
