Very satisfied from in-store explanation to self-use
First, I am very happy with the delivery, came on agreed date, was neatly assembled and box was taken back by delivery man. Once in possession of the bike, I was very pleased with the look of the bike. I myself have matt grey which I do think is more like matt black, plus there are 2 pink/orange accents on the bike that I didn't notice in the photos. I now have 2 rides on it and am very happy with how the bike performs, shifts fine and saddle sits fine. I'm also a beginner so may be easily satisfied. But I do think I made a good purchase and would definitely recommend the bike.
