Good peddle, great efficiency
The pedals provide great power transfer and keep your foot planted in the peddles. I never felt like my foot would slip out during hard efforts. However, I am a bigger rider (194cm, 86kg) and would recommend a wider version for bigger riders. It will make sure you don't hit your foot on the frame.

Good peddle, great efficiency
