Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- High level of comfort due to the anatomic cut-out and the light silicone gel layer.
- The base is made of lightweight yet extremely strong managnese steel (diameter 7 mm).
- This is not the lightest saddle.
- This saddle is suitable for cyclists who ride 0-1 times a week. If you cycle more often, you need a harder saddle that gives you more support.

The saddle cover is made of Fibra-Tek material, which is lightweight, wear resistant and durable. The base is made of manganese steel with a 7 mm diameter, which makes the LADY Gel Flow a lightweight, sturdy and super strong saddle that supports you optimally while cycling for many hours on end.
Saddle shape
With a rounded back, this saddle is highly suitable for people who move a lot and rock their hips while cycling. The round shape gives them a lot of freedom of movement.
Agility
This is a semi-flat saddle, which means it is flat at the front and slightly raised towards the back. As such, it is suitable for riders with average spinal flexibility. This has to do with pelvic tilt: when you cycle in an upright position you need support to tilt the pelvis but when you are riding deep in the drops, for example, you do not.
Cut-out
This saddle has a cut-out and provides pressure relief for people who easily experience pressure on the seat.
• Saddle rail: Manganese Tube Ø7 mm
• Size: 160x262 mm / 135x262 mm

Much more comfortable than standard men's saddle
Much more comfortable than the standard (men's) saddle that was on my speed pedelec. In particular, less friction in the groin. Size obv choice aid also seems to be good.

Super happy
Bought a new bike where the saddle immediately gives you saddle pain. When that happens, cycling immediately sucks. Until I realised my old second-hand bike had a great saddle. And it turned out it was still available. I have already cycled several km and with normal use I don't need cycling shorts. At 40+ km I do but that seems logical.

Super saddle!
After a long search and trying out 4 saddles, I finally settled on the Lady Gel Flow. For me, this is the first saddle that allows me to bike long distances without saddle pain. The width is a good fit for me, but this is of course a personal choice. Besides this one, I also tried the Diva Gel, in my opinion the Lady Gel is slightly softer (which is a plus for me). Also, the Lady is slightly wider. So returned the Diva Gel and kept the Lady!

Well-fitting saddle
After reading many reviews, weighing and weighing, I finally chose the Selle Italia Lady Gel Flow L2 (Oem) saddle for my hybrid city/sport bike. After unpacking, I was a bit worried as the saddle felt quite hard. Once fitted (which was very easy), my worries proved unfounded. The saddle feels great, is wide enough for the buttocks, the legs are completely free while biking and do not rub against the saddle. The saddle is not slippery but not slippery either, you sit firmly on it but can also shift well on it without sliding. I am happy with it.
