Comfortable on the road Scott has developed a road bike that will help you rack up the miles effortlessly. Nice, comfortable geometry, solid components and electronic shifting will give you a lot of enjoyable rides.
If you are looking for a comfortable carbon road bike for long tours, be sure to read on about the Scott Addict 20.
The basis of this Scott Addict is its carbon frame. This lightweight frame is stiff and light, which makes for pleasant and direct riding characteristics. The cables are integrated into the frame. This makes sure the cables are well protected from rain or other dirt, which can save a lot of maintenance. The geometry of the Addict is focused on the combination of speed and comfort, so you will be comfortable on the bike even at high speeds. Besides that, the Scott comes with a carbon fork, which handles uneven road surfaces with grace.
Electronic shifting
Shift gears on this road bike with the new Shimano 105 Di2 shift system. This shift group shifts electronically. Electronic shifting has the advantage that you can change gears even faster and more precisely, as well as ensuring good performance in bad weather. The road bike comes with 24 gears and an 11-34 cassette. This provides a large shifting range, so a planned bike ride in the Alps is also a possibility. in the descents you can rely on the fitted hydraulic disc brakes. These disc brakes deliver a lot of power, even in poor conditions. Moreover, you can brake very precisely with these disc brakes, allowing you to brave descents with confidence.

Lovely bike for mileage!
What a relief compared to my old bike. Noiseless through internal cables, tight and fast shifting through Di2, good brakes, lovely balance, and minimalist design with a nice colour.

Beautiful green topper
After participating in Alpe D'Huzes on a Merida Speeder, I bought this bike to climb the Alpe dHuez again next year. Made 3 trips now. This bike is really a wonderful bike

A delightful device!
What a lovely bike. Really hesitated between a performance and endurance frame, but this was definitely the right choice! After all, you can certainly still take a very sporty stance on this. And making a bike more sporty is easier done than the other way round. I did choose to put a different wheelset on it and just black tyres, which makes the green colour stand out even more! The bike's options are also very wide, with room for up to 35mm tyres and the option of mudguards (there are mounting points for those from Scott/synchros).

Lovely little Di2 bike with beautiful paintwork
A perfect all-rounder with a nice Di2 gear system, sub 8kg but this can be brought down by putting a nice set of carbon wheels on it. The paint is what stands out the most. Huge metallic green paint that transitions to black at the back. The photos on the website undercut how nice it looks in the sunshine!
