After testing it, it likes you are paddling on the butter. It’s so smooth without any friction to feel when you are cycling. I highly recommended because with the price that you are paying, you will have a really high performance feeling.

My bb key required an adapter to mount this bottem bracket. This was not available in the Netherlands for an acceptable price. Ordered in Germany
