Fine smooth band

- Jochem, 20 May, 2026

UCI Gravel race in Scotland ridden with it, 45mm with 1.6 bar front, 1.7 bar rear. Tubeless mounted. Rode well. And feel they roll well on asphalt too. Fine smooth tyre, excellent grip. No punctures.

Pros & Cons

easy mounting
rolls well on the road
smooth - springs a little at 1.6/1.7 bar
used on coarse gravel - no punctures
no downside at the moment

Super tyres in almost all conditions and easy to fit!

- N., 2 April, 2026

Purchased 45 mm version to replace Vredestein Aventura's (44 mm) (which were barely fitable). What a relief; within 10 minutes I had the front and rear tyres on! They run very smoothly on both asphalt and light gravel, despite a coarse tread. This was a huge difference compared to the Aventuras. Grip is also fine, only in thick mud in corners I noticed the bike started to slip a bit. Afterwards, I read all kinds of reviews and I understand why people were so enthusiastic and why it was apparently used a lot in Unbound.

Pros & Cons

Lots of grip
Runs light
Very easy mounting
Control in muddy bends

A true all-rounder

The G-One RX Pro combines surprising speed with strong traction. Ideal on champagne gravel, but also impressively stable in sand and mud. Robust and fast - a top choice for versatile gravel work

Low rolling resistance and traction

- Pieter, 1 June, 2025

Very satisfied with the level of traction on hard gravel and light mud. Comfort is also top notch. I previously had a rather stiff tyre from another brand and this is a real relief for the hands. And, totally unimportantly, they also buzz wonderfully on asphalt.

Pros & Cons

Comfort
Easy to fit
Low rolling resistance
Problem-free tubeless
