Lovely bike, of course another Gazelle (last one served 12 years, in Amsterdam, and last 8 in Drenthe). Perfect service, delivery guy fitted it for me. Very helpful and polite.

For a Gazelle Esprit, you get value for money. Solid, typically Dutch bikes, delivered neatly and fully assembled via Mantel at a good price. Having first bought this model for our eldest son, we are now buying it again for the youngest.

Very nice bike. Available in small frame size, so children of approx. 145cm can also ride it safely and well. Irritating rattle due to rattling of mudguard against suit carrier. Easily solved with furniture felt.

I already own 3 of these women's bikes. Because they are light yet sturdy, they are ideal as a high school bike for my 2 daughters, but I liked them too, so I bought one for myself as well. As soon as my son goes to secondary school, he will get the same one, but the men's version.

Ordered bike over the internet from Mantel. Bike was delivered by PostNL in a big box. Handlebars straight, saddle at height, pedals on and cycling. Well not so, 1st gear does not work at all. Nexus 3 not properly adjusted. Brakes are also not properly adjusted. In the evening, the headlight turned out to be far too high. Maw I had to spend quite some time tinkering to get everything right, shame next time back to the local bike shop for a new bike.

Super nice sturdy beautiful bike. Lights go on and off by themselves. No worries.goes on and off automatically. Very happy with it. With 1.56 it worked fine on a 49 cm bike.

Nice, solid bike, very suitable for daily use, e.g. to school or around town. All cables are incorporated into the frame as much as possible, as well as the headlight, so it can stand up to rough handling. Too bad that the bike constantly makes a ticking noise (seems to have to do with the Nexus hub gear used, but other bikes with the same gear don't have this), and that we had to buy a new stand after only 2 weeks because the base was badly attached and lost it along the way.

The Gazelle Espirit C3 is just a very nice bike. Everything feels solid, and rides very lightly. I am super happy with it.

Purchased this bike as a school fillet for my son. A very nice solid school bike. Battery-free lighting built into the frame is a plus. He is very happy with it and it cycles very well. One downside is that the rear mudguard rattles against the luggage rack while cycling, easily solved by putting a black felt in between.

Nice little bike for a great price. For rides to school about 20 minutes cycling the 3 gears are sufficient. Mudguards are a bit on the short side, especially at the back. Water splashes up there and makes for a dirty bag. Just a small mudflap. Also in front!

My oldest daughter needed a new bike after she managed to ride her old one completely to hell after about 3 years. This Gezelle is a sturdy solid bike. Not too many parts to break. It rides light and smooth. The automatic lighting is certainly handy! Especially with an absent-minded teenager who either never turns on her lights, or never turns them off, leaving you to change batteries in the rain before you've had a cup of coffee (usually in the rain). All in all, highly recommend this bike. Price/quality is top!

Bought the bike for my 15 year old son. Bike is sturdy few vulnerable parts,easy to maintain and especially the hub dynamo is ideal because you can't forget your light anymore. Quality of the parts is also very good(for the price of the bike)...highly recommended.

I am glad I have found a bike which fits into my size. The bike is not too heavy, and I can cycle really smoothly with it. I also like the feature with the automatic front and back light which are really useful. However, there is only black colour on sale at Mantel.
