Ok to train suppleness in winter.

Bought to warm up for 15 minutes without heavy training. Hinge in the middle makes it not very stable. Standing heavy pedalling I would not do.

Good trainer with perfect value for money

Fine trainer, especially up to 500 watts very stable. If you go above that and ou stand up to sprint it feels slightly less sturdy. Easy to assemble and move (spacers are included). Very quiet. The app is a bit basic, but does what it needs to do. Besides if you use zwift or something you don't use the app anyway
