Bought on the advice of my bikefitter, I was tempted to roll my feet inwards to apply extra force. I can recommend it to everyone because the sponge soles in cycling shoes are worth nothing. My bikefitter is already doing 12 years with his soles, so well worth the investment!

More like sufficient support. Sufficient space is left for the foot No pain in the feet after 160 km

Pros & Cons

Replacement for my SQlab 214 insoles (probably no longer in production?). They are very similar in style. Much more comfortable than the standard NorthWave insoles.

I haven't used it yet, but it seems to be of good quality.

Had these in my previous shoes as well. Actually too crazy that expensive cycling shoes have such thin/simple soles.
