Cheap but bad tolerances
The tool is nice to have, covers most threaded 1" headsets. It looks like it's made from durable material but it measures loose, and it also feels like a loose fit during use (leaving bite marks on an alloy hearset specially) It measures as follows: 36.2mm/40.4mm and 30.1mm/32.5mm

Pros & Cons

Cheap is expensive
I bought 2 pieces for loosening and tightening steering head nuts. I first used the 32mm jaw opening and there is so much play on this (the opening is too big) that I damaged the headstock nut. I then measured both spanners and they are on average about 0.5mm too big. So the factory tolerance is not anything to write home about. I returned the set.
