KOM Cycling Tubeless Repair Strips

Perfect quick-fit plugs that seal well

I use these strips in combination with the KOM Cycling Tyre Repair Tool – it works brilliantly. The strips are nice and sticky, so they adhere well to your tyre and allow the sealant to do its job properly. However, the stickiness does make it a bit trickier to get them through the ‘needle’ of the repair tool, and also to pull the needle out of the tyre again. Unfortunately, I’ve already needed to use the strips a few times because I hadn’t inserted the plugs far enough, but I’ve now been riding with a patched tyre for a few hundred kilometres. The strips aren’t all exactly the same thickness, so you can carry both thicker and thinner strips in the repair tool to ensure you can plug both large and smaller punctures properly.
