To allow the brake disc to move, the rivets between the brake disc and the spider are slightly wider than on other brake discs. These five rivets have a diameter of 16 mm and are 26.5 mm below the highest point of the brake surface. They extend 1 mm beyond the brake surface on both sides. Pay attention to this before installing the brake disc, to prevent the disc from dragging against your frame, wheel or caliper. The width of the brake surface itself is 2.7 mm.
