De Ettixx High Protein Bar is een herstelreep warmee je jouw herstel na een zware of explosieve training een kickstart geeft. De reep bevat niet alleen eiwitten, maar bevat ook koolhydraten. Zo vul je jouw energievoorraad snel aan en bevorder je spiergroei.
Samenstelling
De Etixx Hight Protein Bar bevat 20 gram weiproteïne en 14 gram koolhydraten. Weiproteïne is een goed opneembare eiwitvorm, omdat het alle amonizuren bevat die je nodig hebt voor spierherstel. Bovendien is de dosering uitgemeten om je spierherstel optimaal te ondersteunen. Daarnaast bevat de reep ook koolhydraten waarmee je de energievoorraad in jouw spieren weer aanvult. Zo draagt de reep bij aan optimaal spierherstel na een zware training.
