Amacx Hydro Tabs

With Amacx Hydro Tabs, you replenish the salts, minerals and vitamins lost through exercise. Electrolytes are lost through sweating, so it is important to replenish them. On hot days or during intensive efforts, it is therefore very useful to add the Amacx Hydro Tabs to your water bottle. You easily dissolve the tablets in 500 or 750 ml of water. They have a natural, light and fresh taste.

Hydration, electrolytes and vitamins
These tablets contain magnesium, vitamin C, potassium, calcium and sodium. So in addition to hydration, this drink also supports your electrolyte balance and the vitamin C provides extra energy for fatigue. Moreover, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. These tablets are a low-calorie thirst quencher and contain no carbohydrates.

Recommended use: You can use the Hydro Tabs before, during or after your workout.

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml or 750ml of water, according to personal needs. Use up to 3 tablets per day.
