The aluminium Lite 6061 frame of the Cube Acid 240 kids bike is both lightweight and durable, resulting in a bike that is easy to handle and can take a beating. Its geometry is designed specifically for young cyclists and offers them a stable, comfortable riding position that makes them feel confident, whether they are cruising through the local park or going on forest trail adventures.
Shifting and braking
This bike combines a Shimano RD-M3020 rear derailleur with the SL-M315 Rapidfire-Plus shifters for high shifting precision across 8 gears. This gives young cyclists the flexibility to adapt to changes in terrain, from steep hills to flat roads. Furthermore, the Shimano V-brakes (BR-MT200) on this ACID provide high braking power in all weather conditions so that your child can ride safely through rain showers and on muddy paths.

The Cube Acid 240 is equipped with an SR SUNTOUR SF20 XCT JR suspension fork with 60 mm of travel for a smooth ride over rough and bumpy surfaces. The Cube Aluminium Lite handlebar - with a 580 mm width - and Acid Kids grips offer excellent control as well as comfort. The Cube DB29 rims are fitted with durable all-terrain tyres to make the bike ready for adventures on paved roads and dirt trails alike. To top it all off, the Acid 32T crankset with chainguard provides extra safety for your child as well as the chain.
