De Basis Pluto Draadkoepel is een handige toevoeging aan de Basil Pluto Hondenmand. De koepel voorkomt dat je hond uit de mand springt, terwijl deze toch van de omgeving kan genieten. Om koepel te gebruiken, bevestig je eerst de mand op de fiets. Daarna doe je de hond in de mand en vervolgens maak je de koepel aan de mand vast met de drie riempjes.
