Description

Description

The Lezyne Strip Drive 300+ bike light has a maximum light output of 300 lumens and 10 efficient built-in LEDs, making the Strip Drive a powerful tail light. With over 270° visibility, you'll also be highly visible to traffic approaching you from the side, and the improved battery life of up to 80 hours means you'll always get home safely. Moreover, this rear light is fully waterproof (including the USB-C charging port), making it fit for use in different weather conditions.

Several modes
The Strip Drive has 7 different modes, including 2 constant and 5 flashing modes. The most prominent mode is the "Daytime Flash", which makes you highly visible even during the day. The memory function ensures that the last used light mode is always activated when switching on. So you never have to search for your favourite mode again.

Improved battery life
The Strip Drive rear light has an improved battery life and can last up to 80 hours on a single charge. Please note that the charging cable is not included.

Mounting
This bike light can be mounted on both round and aerodynamic seatposts. This makes the lamp perfect for commuters who mix in heavy traffic every day, but also ideal for cyclists and mountain bikers who regularly cycle on poorly- or unlit roads.

• Water resistance: IPX7
• Weight: 71 grams

Would buy again in a moment

- Erwin 4 November 2023

Initially, I had my doubts about the mounting. This has turned out to be no problem at all both on my fitness bike and on my mountain bike. On my mountain bike, I mount the rear light directly under my dropper post, so my saddle can still be raised and lowered. Used on mountain bike during Lichtjestocht Dongen and other (muddy) tours. Stays on well and is resistant to mud and water. I use the first setting the most. Setting 2 is bright and I only use it during the day. The other 5 settings flash. Including two bright Day Flash modes to stand out during the day. Switch on and off by pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds. Turns on at the setting you last used. Maximum burn time 80 hours is theoretical. The light jumps, so should not be used in the dark. During the day you can hardly see those 5 lumens, so setting 7 I don't use. Setting 1 is ideal for me. Bright enough to be seen and not annoyingly bright for others. Burn time according to manufacturer 18 hours is realistic in my opinion. 300+ version is powerful enough with a long burn time. Would buy again in a moment, a heavier version is not necessary for me. Setting 1 15 lumens, Economy; 18 hours Setting 2 60 lumens, Blast; 5.5 hours Setting 3 60 lumens, Pulse; 12 hours Stand 4 40 lumens, Flash 1; 32 hours Stand 5 150 lumens, Day Flash 1; 24 hours Stand 6 300 lumens, Day Flash 2; 17 hours Stand 7 5 lumens, Femto; 80 hours

Pros & Cons

Good visibility also from the side.
Long battery life approx 18 hours.
Stays well in place
USB-C charging
Waterproof
