Description
Description
The ever popular XT M770 9 speed cassette is compatible with all 9-speed Shimano mountain bikes and trekking systems. For those who don want to move to a 10, 11, or 12 speed, this cassette is perfect.
The Deore XT M770 cassette is not only relatively lightweight, but also very durable due to the use of a lightweight aluminum body in combination with cogs made of steel! The wear resistance of this cassette is high, without having to carry unnecessary weight. Shimano has found a good balance between minimum weight and maximum durability with this cassette.
A wide range for a multitude of applications
This cassette has a wide range of gears. This ensures that this cassette can be used for all applications. The cassette is also easy to mount on Shimano bodies. The cassette itself has a very wide range. From long straights on which you want to reach a high speed, to a steep climb where you need some low range gears, this cassette ensures that you are prepared for all situations.

User tips
How often should I wash my bike? Regular washing will keep your bike in good nick. It ensures that the parts on your bike last longer so that you can enjoy cycling happiness for longer. How often you should wash your bike is largely dependent on what sort of weather conditions you ride in. Are you always out there, come rain or shine? Or are you strictly a fair-weather cyclist? It all has an influence on the degree of wear on bike parts, and some of us have to wash our bikes more regularly than others. Refer to the plan below as a general guideline:October to March:
• Wash every 200 km
• Rinse after every ride
• Dry and lube the chain after every ride
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
April to September:
• Wash every 300 km
• Rinse after a ride in the rain
• Dry and lube the chain after rinsing or washing
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
