The sensor itself is 3 cm in diameter, less than a centimetre thick and weighs just 5 grams. So an extraordinary amount of technology in a surprisingly small sensor!

With three different modes, you can use this heart rate strap in any situation, suitable for up to 150 different sports. The heart rate monitor mode connects your band to compatible devices, apps and appliances for live broadcasting of your data. In recording mode, the Verity Sense stores your data in its internal memory, so you can later sync it with your favourite training apps like Polar Flow. Finally, there is swim mode, which records not only your heart rate but also your distance, speed and turning points. Thanks to waterproofing to a depth of 50 metres, you don't have to worry about anything, just keep swimming!

Connectivity
Thanks to its two simultaneous Bluetooth connections and its ANT+ connectivity, the Verity Sense easily connects to your phone, bike computer, indoor trainer or other devices. Whether you're doing a group workout or working out alone, everything will be recorded. Moreover, the Verity Sense has a range of up to 150 metres, making it easy for your coach on the sidelines to watch you.

Battery life and storage capacity
The Polar Verity Sense has a 45 mAh Li-Pol battery that is rechargeable and provides up to 30 hours of battery life. On top of that, you can record workouts offline on the 16MB internal memory, so you can share all the important workout data with your friends later or copy it into training or fitness apps on your phone.
