Because this chain lube is biodegradable, it is an environmentally conscious choice. The lubricant is made from natural ingredients, so if you spill a bit on the ground it'll disappear completely within a week.
How to use
Before applying, first degrease, clean and dry the chain thoroughly. How often should you lubricate your chain? Applying lubrication regularly ensures that parts last long so that you can enjoy cycling for a long time. How often you should lubricate your chain depends mostly on the weather conditions in which you ride. Do you cycle in all types of weather or only go out when the sun is shining? The answer makes all the difference for the degree of wear and tear, so some bikes need to be cleaned more often than others. As a rule of thumb, a chain should run silently, so if your chain makes noises, it is time to clean and lubricate it.
1. Degrease the drivetrain thoroughly with a chain cleaner, then rinse well.
2. Dry the parts well using a cloth.
3. Apply the lube to all the links at the centre of the entire chain.
4. Leave to be absorbed for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer.
5. Remove excess lube with a cloth, particularly from the outside of the chain, where most dirt adheres while lubrication is not needed there.
6. Hit the road!
For following treatments, wipe the chain with a dry cloth or brush, then reapply the lube to each chain link.

Works, but attracts dirt
If a smooth-running and non-cracking chain is the goal, this oil works fine. If, in addition, a clean chain and cassette are desired, better not use it. Regardless of the circumstances, after 1 ride everything has turned black with dirt and can be brushed a lot. Also, the dirt seems to accumulate a bit greasier and thicker on the wheels of the derailleur, for example. Whether it worsens wear, I cannot say (yet).
