The new Nano Flex Pro 2 is made of the Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric, which offers considerably better protection against rain and also blocks the wind slightly better. The inside of the lower legs is completely waterproof thanks to the double-layer construction. There are also waterproof reflective strips there to protect your lower legs even better against splashing rainwater. In addition, the Nano Flex Pro 2 has as few seams as possible to prevent chafing and other skin irritation and to make the tight more comfortable to wear.
Since this bib tight will be worn in tough conditions, Castelli has selected the high-quality Progetto X2 Air seat pad. Thus, if you're wearing the Nano Flex Pro 2 tight you will sit comfortably in the saddle even during long rides in the rain.
Castelli's Progetto X2 Air seat pad is ideal for cyclists who like to go out for long rides. This chamois has been designed to protect your skin well, and has all the right thicknesses to provide protection no matter how many hours you spend in the saddle. The top layer is made of a 4-way-stretch microfibre material and has no seams to create minimal friction during cycling. Castelli has perforated the foam in the seat pad to make it highly breathable. The chamois has two different sections to give you the best support where you need it most.

Very nice pants, ideal during heavy rain and/or colder weather. The pants fit well and perform well on long distances, the only thing is that through the zippers at the bottom of the trouser leg some moisture can get through.

Have pants size XXL and the 3XL of these trousers, but would actually have liked quite a 4XL. Am 194cm and 98kg with firm thighs. The zip at the bottom is very nice, also to leave the trousers over overshoes, so that when it rains your feet stay dry.
