BORN Energy Multi Carb Sports Drink

The Born Energy sports drink provides your body with the carbohydrates it needs during exercise. The Born Energy sports drink is a multi-carbo sports drink. The use of different carbohydrate sources results in different absorption rates. This provides your body with a long-lasting and constant energy supply. Ideal if you put your body to the test again during an endurance effort.

In order to be able to continue to perform optimally, you will need to replenish extra carbohydrates during efforts lasting longer than 90 minutes. One bottle (500 ml) of Born Energy contains approximately 70 grams of carbohydrates. This makes Born Energy the ideal sports partner for long competitions and endurance training. One pot contains 540 grams of powder, for about 7 bottles.

Recommended use: Drink regularly during exercise, about 250 ml per 20 minutes, for endurance efforts lasting more than 1.5 hours. After preparation in a sports bottle, consume within 24 hours.

Recommended dosage: Dissolve 6-7 measuring spoons (75 grams) in 500 ml of water (1 bottle).
