In order to be able to continue to perform optimally, you will need to replenish extra carbohydrates during efforts lasting longer than 90 minutes. One bottle (500 ml) of Born Energy contains approximately 70 grams of carbohydrates. This makes Born Energy the ideal sports partner for long competitions and endurance training. One pot contains 540 grams of powder, for about 7 bottles.
Recommended dosage: Dissolve 6-7 measuring spoons (75 grams) in 500 ml of water (1 bottle).

Wacky taste, but okay between all the sweet gels
The weedy taste is a plus and a minus. A little more flavour would have been nice. On the other hand, it is also nice between all the sweet gels and bars

Don't buy it again.
Taste is good but the recommendation is to use 7 scoops on 500ml. Therefore quickly used up and price-wise less interesting.

My life saver since learning about BORN products
There’s nothing worse than having bowel problems because of your nutrition during workouts! I am lactose intolerant & suffer IBS. After years of searching and trying different products, these seat absolutely comfortable in my stomach. I don’t have discomforts while riding or have to throw up during or after an extreme workout (250 - 600 km rides). Whenever doing my run marathons 42 km +, this is my perfect hydration. It is also easy on my stomach- though by running I try drinking when necessary.
