The Schwalbe Racing Ralph & Racing Ray might just be the most iconic tyre combination for the mountain bike. This is no surprise as Schwalbe designed them specifically to be used together. The Racing Ralph is fast and versatile. This tyre is the ultimate cross-country racer, specially developed for the rear wheel. The tread has a concentrated pattern, ensuring super traction on uneven surfaces and excellent acceleration. Even in loose sand and wet conditions this tyre has sufficient grip. It also has great rolling properties.

The Racing Ray is the specialist for your front wheel. This tyre has an aggressive yet open cross-country profile with firm, high studs on the shoulder. This combination of studs enables precise steering, provides a lot of grip and confidence during rapid cornering and ensures optimal braking performance.

Addix Speed
The Addix Speed rubber compound can be recognised by the red line all across the tyre. This compound for cross-country racers has a very low rolling resistance, which makes you fly over the trails. In relation to its very low rolling resistance the Addix Speed is very robust and durable.

Addix SpeedGrip
If there is a light blue line across the tyre, it has the Addix SpeedGrip rubber compound. This universal rubber compound has the widest range of use - for disciplines such as XC, All Mountain and Trail. When used frequently, the Addix SpeedGrip has a long life, and it also offers a great deal of grip and speed. It may be impossible to find the perfect balance between all the desired properties, but with the Addix SpeedGrip, Schwalbe comes very close indeed!

Super Ground
With the Super Ground carcass Schwalbe has further improved the SnakeSkin construction. This lightweight and flexible carcass has a SnakeSkin fabric layer from bead to bead. As a result, the tyre is fully protected against cuts and punctures, and low in weight. Thus, the ultramodern Super Ground has a wide range of use, from XC to All Mountain. The Super Ground is the ultimate carcass for a combination of low weight, suppleness and puncture protection. This means you have nothing to worry about when you're racing on fast trails.

Tubeless Easy
Schwalbe is firmly convinced that tubeless is the tyre technology of the future. And so they ensure that all mountain bike tyres with the TLE designation are optimised for riding without an inner tube. The carcass has been constructed in such a way that mounting tubeless tyres is also easier.
