De Shimano XTR Trail M985 schijfremmenset remt zeer krachtig in lange steile afdalingen. Naast krachtig remmen doseren ze de remkracht ook als de beste en voegen ze weinig gewicht toe aan de fiets. Door de aanwezige koelvinnen blijft de remkracht ook beter behouden en zal je een groot gevoel van controle hebben. Daarnaast is de remhendel handmatig in te stellen om de juiste slag te krijgen.
