Description
The new generation XT PD-M780 pedals borrowed a lot of technology from the XTR M980 pedals. Compared to its successor the PD-M770, the pedals are just slightly lighter, but more important: they offer much more surface to support your feet. A better distribution of force and pressure on your foot. Thereby they have tuned the body so there will be less mud sticking to your pedals.
Like any other mountain bike SPD pedals XT pedals are are "clickable" on both sides. The SH-51 cleats with a 4 degrees slack are included to make sure you still have some freedom of movement. In addition, the tension on the spring can be adjusted on each side with an allen key, so you can setup your pedals to your own preferences
