The upper structure of the Shimano RC100 is made of a synthetic leather with mesh texture, which creates a comfortable fit and improved breathability. There are 3 wear-resistant Velcro straps on the upper, allowing you to adjust the RC100 well and securely. The Velcro straps are asymmetrically positioned to relieve tension at the highest point of the foot.
Reinforced nylon sole for more effective power transfer
The lightweight nylon sole of this road bike shoe is reinforced with glass fibre for a more effective power transfer to the pedals, resulting in more speed on the road. Thanks to the durable, wide heel pads you will experience more stability with the Shimano RC100.

You can easily measure your foot length using an A4 sheet of paper, placed on the floor against a wall. Stand with one foot on the piece of paper, with your heel against the wall. Draw a line above your big toe (or above the index toe if that is longer). Now mark your other foot on the paper in the same way. Measure both - the measurement of your longest foot is your foot length in mm's! Please note: some manufacturers have their own measuring system, and as a result what appears on the shoebox can deviate from what we have measured.

Very good fit and allow enough air during strenuous efforts. Only downside is that you sometimes have to fiddle a bit with the velcro closure to get your shoes tight enough.
