The Shimano M089 mountain bike shoes offer a lot of comfort. Thanks to Shimano's new Torbal technology, the sole can move sideways while the forefoot stays in line with the pedal. This way you have freedom of movement and control. Besides, the M089 mountain bike shoes feature an asymmetric triple Velcro strap, which prevents unpleasant pressure on the top of the foot.

The size denoted in cm tells you how long the shoe is. This size was taken on the inside of the shoe measuring from the heel to the toes. In order to determine what size you’ll need, you can measure your own foot. Do this by placing a piece of paper on the floor tucked against the wall.
