Frame and the fork
The Scott Speedster 50 has an aluminium frame with internal cable routing, which protects the cables well, extending their life. The geometry gives an upright sitting position, which is comfortable for longer rides. The aluminium fork delivers precise handling through the corners, even at speed. The Syncros rims ar fitted with Schwalbe Lugano tyres, which are durable and puncture resistant. Perfect for many carefree kilometres, and the 28mm wide tyres mean extra comfort too.
Shifting and braking
The Scott speedster 50 has a 14 speed Shimano drivetrain, with a 11-28 cassette which ensures that getting up to speed is easy. It features Tektro v-brakes which are light and which offer good performance. It is also simple and easy to replace your brake pads.
