Bad experience with home delivery. Driver did not bother to straighten the handlebars and handed the lot over as is. After adjusting handlebars and saddle myself, shifting proved impossible. Chain was not adjusted, ran off every attempt. Had to go to Mantel with a borrowed bike carrier, cycling was impossible. It took 50 minutes before the bike was adjusted. I will never again have a bike delivered to my home, because you still lose a lot of time and frustration. The fun was gone pretty quickly. Bike familiar, had it before. Reliable product at acceptable price. Two star deduction for the experience.
