screen froze on first ride and only worked again 24 hours later

I cant believe a waterproof bike gps will stop working if screen gets rain or sweat on it. Very disappointed. I had read reviews before but thought it was individual cases. So I bought a gps for Ireland that won't work in the rain. I'm very very annoyed and disappointed. Paul
