Great bidoen for MTBing

- Sander, 11 August, 2024

Good water bottle for mountain biking with a large opening and dust cap over the drinking opening. Lockable so the bottle cannot leak (e.g. in the car or bag)

Pros & Cons

Cap protects against dirt
Large drinking opening
Perfect combination with Specialized Zee Cage II RT
Very scratch-sensitive

In dry weather, I prefer to use uncapped water bottles.

Great water bottle. However caps awkward if you want to drink, though desirable on muddy surfaces.

Handy but not useful for many bottle cages on a mountain bike

- Br, 12 June, 2021

It does not clamp well on the mountain bike, so if you bounce or jump a lot, this is not a good water bottle. I've tried it on several holders. Comes from the slanted bland rim. The outside is very easily damaged on me. Not bad but also odd for this price. What is good, however, is the cap. If the water bottle gets covered in mud, there is no problem with the spout. Cap off and drink away.

Pros & Cons

Cover cap against mud
Extra closure
Seals well
Clamps poorly
Quickly damages the outside
