The 800 lumen light output of the Varia is too powerful for road use in urban areas.
For full functionality, the CarBack Radar requires the use of an app, which means you have to have a smartphone on you.
The headlight has insufficient power to light up the road, so it's less suited for dark, rural areas.
The headlight does not come with mounts for clothing or backpacks.
