Tyres with good puncture resistance and grip but they are not very supple and have slightly higher rolling resistance.
Ultra Sport III tyres have a bit more rolling resistance compared to tyres in a higher price range.
The athletic geometry can be somewhat uncomfortable for recreational cyclists. We recommend an endurance road bike for these cyclists.
The compact gear ratio (50/34T) might not be ideal for cyclists looking for maximum speed on flat roads, but it is ideal for hilly terrain and amateurs.
