Advanced wrist based heart rate monitoring
This watch uses Polar Precision Prime™ OHR technology to accurately measure your heart rate on your wrist. This innovation combines optical heart rate measurement with other sensor technologies. This eliminates motion anomalies that can interfere with the heart rate signal and lead to inaccurate readings.

Ultralong battery life
The Polar Grit X Pro lasts up to 7 days in watch mode, up to 40 hours when training with heart rate monitoring and GPS or up to 100 hours in power-saving mode.

Navigation and Gradients Thanks to a range of navigation tools, you're always sure to go the extra mile with tools to get you there and back. Brave the unknown by relying on the Grit X Pro to navigate you back to your starting point. Plus, all slopes and routes are visualised with slope angles and elevation profiles. Hill Splitter™ automatically detects all climbs and descents using your GPS data for speed and distance, and barometric data for altitude. Finally, komoot lets you plan detailed routes on the map. Plus, the Serene™ guided breathing exercise helps you relax better. Finally, Sleep Plus Stages™ tracks the amount and quality of your sleep and shows how long you spent in each sleep stage during the night.
