With its low entry and upright sitting position, the Pegasus Piazza is a very comfortable bike. These aspects ensure that you have plenty of control both when getting on the bike and when riding it. In addition, the bike is equipped with a suspension fork, so you won't be bothered by bumps and potholes. The adjustable stem allows you to adjust your riding position until it's perfect for you. So, the Piazza is a comfortable city bike that can also be used for a nice, long touring ride.
Smooth pedal assistance
This electric city bike has a Bosch Active Line mid-mounted motor. It delivers 40Nm of torque, good for flat roads; but in the hills, it falls just a bit short. As standard, this e-bike comes with a 400Wh battery, which allows you to ride some 80 kilometres in average conditions before needing to recharge. One of the advantages of the Bosch system is the smooth transfer of power, giving you the feeling of being supported in an easy way. This is certainly ideal for those who love comfort.
Reliable and safe
Especially in today's busy traffic, it is important to be able to stop quickly and safely. With Magura's hydraulic rim brakes, this is no problem. The braking power of this system is high, although it decreases slightly in wet conditions. In addition, with the reliable Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub you have plenty of gears at your disposal. In fact, 7 gears will get you through the countryside just fine. Again, however, on hilly terrain this may be just too little. Furthermore, the puncture-resistant tyres and battery-operated lights enhance durability. And because the lights have a stationary function, you are also extra safe.

A good investment.
I cycle to work (11km) and have to go through the polder and roads with potholes or bad road surface. This goes well as long as you avoid the potholes. Easy to steer around blockages and a good brake. Light bike making it easy to start up if you need to stop. Even through rain, the bike does well only you have to be careful not to brake too hard, you have a longer braking distance. When it rains, you also have to be careful not to corner too sharply. Because the bike is so light, you quickly roll over on wet roads.

Top bike for this price range
For a reasonable price quite a lot of ebike. Notice that the power sensor works very nicely (not feeling like bike in front of my bike but you as rider are really in control). Advantage of a Bosch motor is that most bikes come with it so think parts also remain easily available. The motor is strong enough for flat roads and not too steep bridges. The front suspension is also quite ideal!
