In addition to carbohydrates, Maxim Sports Drink contains electrolytes (minerals). These added electrolytes support moisture absorption and balance. Studies show that electrolytes result in better moisture absorption compared to drinking water. This makes the Maxim Sports Drink very suited for consuming during intense exertion or at high temperatures.
Maxim Sports Drink can be easily dissolved. This sports drink is very suitable for consuming before or during sporting activities. The Sports Drink is available in jars of 500 and 2000 grams. The small jar (480 g) is good for around 12 bottles of 500 ml. The 2 kg jar is good for around 50 bottles of 500 ml.
Directions For Use: Dissolve 2 measuring spoons per bottle (500 ml) or 3 scoops per large bottle (750 ml) for use during exercise. Can also serve as thirst quencher after sports: dissolve 1 scoop per bottle (500 ml) or 2 scoops per large bottle (750 ml).
Warning: A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. In addition to physical exercise, it's important to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Don't exceed the recommended dosage. If you're following a special diet or use medicine, it's always safe to ask your doctor for advice. Don't use this product structurally and long-term without medical advice.

Tastes good
Tastes good. Does, I think, what it is supposed to do. I never really notice much difference with sports drinks or lemonade. Maybe I want it to work or maybe it's between my ears. But I still buy it.

Good taste and easy!
After trying out several sports drinks, I swear by Maxim (lemon). Not too sweet, easy to dose and great value for money.
Pros & Cons

Dirty taste I think
I am trying out a number of brands, but this one, unfortunately, I really don't find drinkable. I don't know what it is, but the sourness of the lemon flavour they try to mimic makes it seem like the energy drink is 'tainted'. Really weird. :(
Pros & Cons

Order this often and it is a good drink for cycling and affordable at Mantel.
Fine stuff and provides instant nutrition.
