The frame of the Gazelle Ultimate C8+ HMB Belt is made of aluminium, and the cables, motor and battery are all integrated into it. This electric city bike has a favourable centre of gravity and an extremely rigid frame for stable handling. The suspension fork ensures that you experience little, if any, discomfort on bad roads. The sitting position on the Ultimate C8+ is slightly forward-leaning, which makes the bike look and feel sporty.
Motor
The assistance in this electric bike comes from the Bosch Active Line Plus mid-drive motor. It has a torque of 50Nm, which allows you to conquer sloping terrain with ease. A mid-drive motor provides silent support with a natural feel, which makes your rides even more enjoyable. The e-bike's battery has 400 Wh and only needs to be recharged after 80 kilometres. You can set the power via the Bosch Intuvia display, which shows the essential data during your ride. The controls for this display are next to one of the grips of the handlebar, making it easy to use while cycling.
Shifting and braking
This electric city bike comes with a belt drive. A belt requires little maintenance and lasts longer than a traditional chain. Gazelle has opted for a Shimano Nexus 8-speed gear hub, providing an acceleration range of 307% and making it easy for you to find the right gears on flat as well as hilly terrain. Equally important are the brakes. This bike is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes by Shimano. These deliver super stopping power and will also perform well in bad weather conditions.
Other parts
A ring lock and a kickstand make it easy to park your bike in the city. Use the front and rear lights to get home safely in the dark.

nice shop and easy purchase, good explanations and no pressure, no obligation
We came to look for a wife's electric bike, preferably a Gazelle. There was a nice red Ultimate C8 on display and we could try it out straight away, saddle was adjusted to height and tried it in the shop. I bought it straight away and my wife is happy with it and uses it every day. Did buy 2 good locks with it and only guarded and covered parking. Daughter got the old gazelle Paris and also happy Thanks, we would like to come back again.

If I had to buy a bike again I would definitely choose this bike again!
Been riding this bike for 3 months now, and already have 2000 trouble-free miles on it. Only one service, and here the spokes needed a little tightening and the belt a little tighter. That is normal. Haven't regretted it for a second!
