The Garmin Forerunner 165 is a versatile sports watch with a colourful 1.2 inch AMOLED display that gives you insights into your performance, training and recovery! Activity tracker
The Forerunner 165 comes with over 25 integrated GPS and indoor sports apps and suggests a daily workout based on your performance and current recovery level. Get all sorts of relevant statistics during your activities due to the GPS and constant optical heart rate measurement. See the effect of your workout on your fitness right after your most recent activity! To top it all off, this watch also measures your activity levels when you're not working out, for example by measuring the amount of steps you take and the calories you burn on a daily basis.

Fitness and recovery
The Forerunner 165 doesn't just track your activities, it also provides insight into your recovery. This sports watch keeps you informed about your heart rate variability, stress, the oxygen saturation levels of your blood, your VO2 max, your body's energy level and, of course, your sleep. This watch provides you with an average sleep rating, as well as insights into naps and sleeping phases, helping you improve your sleep quality.

Display and battery life
The Forerunner 165 features a 1.2 inch AMOLED colour display with a 390 by 390 pixel resolution, a touchscreen and an optional "always on" mode. In addition, the watch is watertight up to 5 ATM and has a battery life up to 11 days in smartwatch mode. Easily charge it with the included USB-C cable!

Additional features
This versatile watch comes with endless features when it comes down to monitoring activity and recovery, but also comes with additional smartwatch functionalities. For example, you can use Garmin Pay to make contactless payments and get your smartphone notifications on your watch. The watch comes with a live tracking function for extra safety!
