Description
The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro is Cube's electric bicycle that focuses on relaxed cycling with the comfort of electric assistance. This e-bike is ideal for commuting, long recreational rides and beautiful challenging rides on (cycling) holidays.
The frame of the Kathmandu is available as a men's bike, women's bike or a low entry bike. Meaning there is always a frame that suits you. The cabling goes neatly through the tubes and the colour accents match each other well. Cube has also properly welded the luggage carrier to the frame for a nice finish. Making sure the Kathmandu has a great appearance.
The base of this electric bike is the motor of course. This is the Bosch performance CX motor. This is the best Bosch motor on the market, granting excellent support in all conditions. With 75 Nm of torque this Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro also handles mountains well. For the women's an men's models they placed the battery in the middle of the frame, this makes for a lower centre of gravity which helps in the descend. The battery comes from Bosch as well and is the best in its range. With a 500Wh or 625Wh battery you have enough capacity for long rides and you don't have to recharge the battery after every ride.
The gears and brakes come from Shimano and are at Deore level. Making for a pleasant shifting and braking experience. With the lights, the mudguards, the stand and the suspension seatpost this Cube is also great to use for commuting (in the dark).
