With the Foss ND3, Cortina is targeting what they call the 'Next-Gen' riders. The goal is to appeal to the younger crowd with a reliable, smooth bike for their everyday rides to school and work. To this end, Cortina has fitted the tried-and-tested Shimano Nexus 3-speed hub, which is just right for rides around town or on flat terrain. The roller brakes are also very reliable, not only because they are super tough but also because they perform the same in all conditions. And the hub dynamo that powers the lights is yet another reliable part of the Foss ND3. This reliability will not only appeal to young people; after all, everyone wants a bike they can rely on.
