Bicycle bag and backpack
Nothing is more annoying than a sweaty back after cycling. You also want to have your upper body free while cycling. The SoHo Nordlicht is therefore the ultimate bicycle bag. With the Hook-On system you can easily attach this bicycle bag to the luggage carrier of your (electric) bicycle. Because this attachment is not permanent, you can easily remove the pannier from your bicycle. You can then zip the hooks away. Thanks to the padded shoulder straps and back panel, you then have a comfortable backpack.
Organized on the road
The Basil SoHo Nordlicht comes with a removable organizer made of neoprene. In this organizer you can safely store all your valuables, such as a laptop or tablet, while cycling. With a spacious capacity of 17 liters, you also have enough space for all kinds of other stuff. This means that the SoHo Nordlicht can be used for everything!
Waterproof
Thanks to the taped seams and the roll top closure, in combination with the PU material, the SoHo is waterproof. The bag has an IPX3 rating. This means that the bag will remain waterproof in heavy rain showers. Ideal for cycling! You don't have to worry about your valuables getting wet if you get caught in a rain shower.
Nordlicht technology
One of the most recognizable features of the Basil SoHo Nordlicht is the LED lighting on the front. This makes it possible to increase your visibility in the dark or in bad conditions by turning on the LED strip. The Basil SoHo Nordlicht is therefore not only a very practical bag, but also a very safe one! Please note that this lighting does not replace the lighting of your bicycle. Nordlicht technology is designed to be used in addition to good bicycle lighting to improve visibility.

Fine, waterproof bicycle bag.
I use this pannier for work. The compartment is big enough for all my stuff. It has a separate sleeve for my laptop. The bag is easy to place on my luggage rack. There is a light on the bag that you can turn on and off with a button inside the bag. Nice gadget, but I find it a bit superfluous. I like the bag, but I do miss a compartment where I can easily put my keys or phone.

The sleeve for the laptop could have been better fitted with velcro. The strap it's behind now is too slack. Hopefully the plastic hooks can be replaced. Otherwise, I can write off the pannier now and too bad in t context of durability.

Very good backpack, really nice style but the material seems to mark quite quickly. As a pannier, it does the job, and the LED is a plus in terms of safety. On the inside, the organizer provided is too basic, which limits its use to flat items (don't expect to put a water bottle in it). The only negative point is that the LED can only be switched on from the inside, so you have to open the whole bag if you want to switch it on.
