Friendly clear service in the store. Helpful. Water ice cream for the kids. Many choices. All sizes in stock for test riding. Nice that children can test drive on the track in the shop. Picked up next working day after assembling/checking: on returning home, handbrake was still limp and logo on bike bell was loose. All fixable by myself, but something that could have been picked up during the final assembly/check.
