The cover strap fell off the bag after only a few times of use. Newlooxs claimed that I had let the strap get caught in the cycle wheels even when I sent photos showing no damage to the strap and that a trailing strap would not even reach the wheels, and thereby claiming I was not telling the truth. The defect was a result of poor manufacturing and Newlooxs do not have the integrity to admit this.
