The cover strap fell off the bag after only a few times of use. Newlooxs claimed that I had let the strap get caught in the cycle wheels even when I sent photos showing no damage to the strap and that a trailing strap would not even reach the wheels, and thereby claiming I was not telling the truth. The defect was a result of poor manufacturing and Newlooxs do not have the integrity to admit this.

Have been looking for panniers that are both robust and capacious and these fit the bill perfectly. And of course they are the recommended product when I did the homework in looking for panniers!
