Very good product.
Very nice product, very well finished and technically accomplished. Paradoxically, I had synchronisation problems with my SRAM force axs drivetrain, which annoyed me a lot, but SRAM's customer service was there to help.

Wouldn't miss the Karoo 2 on the MTB and Race bike
Very pleasing: there is an audible signal at an oncoming turn as required. Further highly rated 1. Turn by Turn: Graphic display of the upcoming turn and textual indication of the distance to it, with the name of the street or road to be turned in displayed separately and clearly. 2. Climbing: extensive graphic and textual information on the climb. Furthermore, the clear picture and the easy-to-use touch screen, especially the convenient and safe "1 finger 2 taps" to enlarge the map and the "2 fingers simultaneously 1 tap" to reduce the map. Cellular SIM card: Inserted the smart phone's SIM card into the Karoo 2 and did two test drives with it. I was surprised at the low data consumption: 1 to 3 MB per hour, depending on the functions used (and combined or not): live tracking, synchronisation, route creation. Also surprised by the speed (whether by Wi-Fi or cellular SIM card) of synchronisation between the Karoo 2 and the user website (dashboard) of rides ridden and routes created manually.

Highly recommended especially for people who want something different from Garmin or Wahoo.
Since I only do trips of 4-5 hours max all the time, battery life is not really important. I only charge this device once a week. The many setting options are perfect for my size. Only the phone notifications do not work at all and if they had to work on the NL translation, this would be a first-class winner.

Very fine and functional cyclingnavi
Very pleased with this purchase. Sharply priced and the Karoo 2 exceeds my expectations. Did a lot of research on other options, but made the right choice with Hammerhead Karoo 2!

Solid device, super navigation, clear maps. Good alternative to the much more expensive Garmi
I had to get used to the settings as a Garmin user, but once I got used to it, it was actually very easy.

Absolutely amazing
Very comprehensive cycling navigation, easy to use, solid equipment, linking with sports apps such as Strava and Komoot. Global map coverage. Pairable with third-party sensors via ant+ and Bluetooth

Ridiculous that you are forced to be able to look up a destination only online
Despite having many GBs of offline maps on the Karoo, it is not possible to look up a new destination without an internet connection. For me this is really a dealbreaker and therefore the Karoo is going back.

Super Route Navigation
Very good GPS. The screen looks fantastic and the touchscreen looks just like a last generation smartphone. The construction of the product is also very good. It is very robust. The detail of being able to use Garmin mounts perfect. . To execute orders is very fast. Its greatest virtue in my opinion is the navigation. It is perfect. Especially on the road. It can also be used in MTB but the maps are not as complete as in Garmin. But you don't miss them either. With the new update and the prediction of climbs is great! Even without following a predetermined route. Overall a very good buy. I think it can overshadow the eternal Garmin without problems. I recommend its purchase 100% especially for those who like to get out of the usual Garmin system.

Karoo 2...beats them all
I pondered for months, filled with research, video reviews, tests, comparisons, before deciding to go ahead with the purchase of my Karoo 2, and once I received it, from the simple unboxing to the first road test, it was a constant escalation of wonder. A little gem of technology, connectivity, practicality, immediacy, precision, power and aesthetic beauty. And the Android smartphone-style operation makes it one of a kind. A purchase paid off in complete satisfaction.

Top bike GPS
Best bike GPS I've had after trying Garmin, Sigma and Wahoo

Very glad I went from the karroo 1 to the karroo2
You can very easily plan a route , and you have connection to your phone so you can see at a glance if you get a call or a message. During climbing the data refresh could be a bit faster, sometimes you ride on a steep stretch and the data comes in a bit later. All in all, a very nice device.

Absolutely recommended
I had my eye on the karoo at the development stage. Didn't do it then because product wasn't fully developed yet. With the Karoo 2 it is. Surpasses my old garmin 1030 in all aspects except supporting (training) software. But I use trainingspeaks/WKO4 for that anyway. And the navigation software on the other hand is so much better and easier. I discover all kinds of new routes also near where I live. And that for a price far below the Garmin
