Easy to mount, pair, accurate and usable data
Are easy to apply to the bike. Multiple sizes of straps are supplied for the crank, so it always fits in terms of crank width. You can easily see whether they are active by turning your pedals (cadence) or your wheel (speed): the light flashes green for a while. Then you know whether they are working. Garmin Edge 130 plus recognised them immediately and pairing them was really easy for a digital illiterate. The measurements seem very accurate. I also really got a lot out of the cadence meter (in addition to speed and heart rate). A fine asset when training. The speedometer is very nice because the GPS measurement for speed near trees is not good and comes out lower. In short, a real asset. I do find 2 sensors a bit pricey compared to the price for the whole Garmin Edge 130plus. But I do feel more confident buying sensors from the brand itself at Mantel, rather than a B-brand at budget online shops.
