With these chainrings you can use athe newer models 12 speed cranksets for your 9/10/11 speed mountain bike.
The Wide Narrow bar profile prevents your chain from coming off the front chainring.
The chainrings are CNC milled with high precision, which makes for a very beautiful piece of gear.

Not compatible with Sram 12 speed Flattop chains.

Equipped with a wide-narrow sprocket profile, to ensure that your chain cannot come off the front chainring. Wide Narrow is the alternating use of narrow and wider teeth on the front chainring, which keep the chain stable and tight in 1 line, preventing the chain from falling off.

These Wolf Tooth Shimano XT M8000 chainrings come in 2 versions, which means that in addition to the original compatibility with an 11 or 12 speed Shimano crankset, you can also use them for 9 and 10 speed drivetrains. Wolf Tooth offers exactly what you need in the form of beautiful asymmetrical 96mm BCD chainrings that offer the ideal 1x 9/10/11 or 12 speed chainline of 49mm.
