Description
The Sram Guide RS is a brake system using high quality gear, and is optimised for downhill and enduro applications. These brakes combine good braking power with excellent control. This allows you to apply the exact amount of braking power you need, without being afraid that your wheels will lock up.
Please note when purchasing this product: This product has been designed in accordance with Dutch standards. In the Netherlands it is customary to mount the front brake on the left and the rear brake on the right. This differs from the British standard, where the front brake is mounted on the right and the rear brake on the left.
Fully adjustable, extra smooth braking
These Sram Guide RSC brakes can be adjusted as desired. With the Sram SwingLink concept you can determine the gripping point of the brake. In addition, you can easily adjust the distance between brake lever and handlebar on the brake.
The brake lever itself moves extra smoothly because it rotates around an industrial bearing. This makes your fingers less tired while cycling, so you can keep all your attention on the trail.
Good durability, easy maintenance
These brakes have an extra good seal, which makes air, dirt, sand and mud less likely to enter your brake. And if you do need to bleed the brake, you can easily do that yourself.
Suitable for internal cable routing, bled on delivery
This brake set is delivered vented. On the front brake the caliper is already mounted on the brake lever. On the rear brake, the hose is attached to the caliper and bled. However, the cable is not yet mounted to the lever, so you can still pull the cable through the frame. The tool to mount the cable to the lever is included in the delivery.
• 4x stainless steel mounting bolts
• 1x +20 mm adapter Post-Mount
• Insertpin + Tool
• Olives
